  • Applications will be reviewed on a first-come-first-serve basis.

  • Participation is subject to the approval of Japan Fair based on the Asunaro/Japan Fair mission.

  • Please read the Terms and Conditions thoroughly to ensure you understand the regulations.

Japan Fair 2025 Exhibition Types

A. Sales/Exhibit Booth for All Organizations - $670/booth Early Discount until 1/31/2025  ($900 from Feb 1)

  • Businesses and corporations with Japan-related products and services, and U.S. companies who support cultural exchange between the U.S. and Japan.

  • Non-profit organizations, artists/crafters, and schools.

  • Booths may be exhibit only, or sell goods and services.

B. Sales/Exhibit Booth for Non-Profit Organizations, Artists/Crafters, and Schools in WA

- $420/booth Early Discount until 1/31/2025 ($570 from Feb 1) 

  • For non-profit organizations, artists/crafters, and schools in Washington State.

  • Booths may exhibit-only or may sell goods and services.

  • Limited number is available

C. No Sales/Exhibit-Only Booth for Non-Profit Organizations and Artists/Crafters in WA - $300/booth

  • For non-profit organizations, artists/crafters, and schools in Washington State.

  • and Exhibit/Activity only booth (No sales)

  • Limited number is available

D. No Sales/Exhibit-Only Table in the Lobby - $150/table

  • One 6' table and two chairs in the lobby outside of the exhibition hall.

  • Exhibit/Activity only table (No sales)

  • Limited number is available

Optional Items

110V/5-amp Power Drop (600W max) for 2 days - $95/each until 6/20/2025  ($105/each from June 21) 

  • Provides one (1) outlet for 110V/5-amp Power Drop. 

  • Note: Wi-Fi connections may be purchased directly from Meydenbauer Center through their website on the day of the event.

Corner Booth Option - $350

  • Corner booth reservations can be made for an additional fee.

  • First come first served and limited availability

Exhibitor Terms and Conditions

Please read this detailed information and agree to the terms and conditions regarding application process, set-up procedures, restrictions, safety, and more!

  • Registration fee for Booth A, B, and C includes the following:

    • One (1) 10’ x 10’ booth with flame-proof drapery along the back and the sides of each booth 

    • One (1) 6’ draped table

    • Two (2) chairs

    • One (1) 7” x 44” company/organization identification sign (company/organization name will be printed)

    • One (1) wastebasket

    • Booth Setup and takedown

  • All participants will be recognized on Japan Fair website, SNS, event program, and in the main stage presentation at the event.

  • The price includes taxes and applicable processing fees.
