Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Participation is subject to approval to ensure alignment with the Asunaro/Japan Fair mission and a balanced mix of exhibitor categories and types.

Early Bird Exhibitor pricing is available until January 31, 2026, or until sold out.

All participants will be recognized on the Japan Fair website, social media, and event program.
Japan Fair 2026 Exhibition Types
A. Sales/Exhibit Booth for All Organizations - $730/booth Early Discount until 1/31/2026 ($990 from 2/1)

Businesses and corporations with Japan-related products and services, and U.S. companies who support cultural exchange between the U.S. and Japan.

Non-profit organizations, artists/crafters, and schools.

Booths may be exhibit only, or sell goods and services.
B. Sales/Exhibit Booth for Non-Profit Organizations, Artists/Crafters, and Schools in WA
- $480/booth Early Discount until 1/31/2026 ($630 from 2/1)

For non-profit organizations, artists/crafters, and schools in Washington State.

Booths may exhibit-only or may sell goods and services.

NOTES:

The booth registration fee includes Saturday and Sunday, plus Friday move-in time.

Registration fee for Booth A, B, and C includes the following:

One (1) 10’ x 10’ booth with flame-proof drapery along the back and the sides of each booth

One (1) 6’ draped table

Two (2) chairs

One (1) 7” x 44” company/organization identification sign (company/organization name will be printed)

110V/5-amp Power Drop (600W max) for 2 days - $105/each until 6/20/2026 ($120/each from June 21)

Provides one (1) outlet for 110V/5-amp Power Drop.

Note: Wi-Fi connections may be purchased directly from Meydenbauer Center through their website on the day of the event.

How to Join as an Exhibitor
Step 1: Submit the Application Form

Step 2: Receive an Acceptance Email
The Japan Fair Office will send the results within two weeks after receiving your application.

Step 3: Make a Payment
Complete your exhibitor registration by submitting the payment within one week of receiving your acceptance email.
