Honored with Visit Bellevue’s “Event of the Year” Award

Dear Friends and Families of Japan Fair,

Thank you, as always, for your continued support of Japan Fair. We are excited to share some wonderful news with you today.

At the Visit Bellevue Annual Meeting held on May 5th, 2025, Japan Fair was honored with the “Event of the Year” award as part of the Destination Awards. 

We were genuinely surprised and humbled by the announcement, as we had not been informed in advance. Receiving this recognition in front of an audience of over 200 community members and leaders was an incredible honor.

To be recognized by the broader American community and to receive such a prestigious award is both meaningful and deeply encouraging. We are filled with gratitude and pride.

We would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to all of you who make Japan Fair possible each year — from our generous sponsors, talented performers, and diverse booth participants, to every dedicated volunteer. Your contributions are what make Japan Fair such a vibrant and meaningful event.

Enriching our community through cultural celebration helps connect people and build a better world for future generations.

Finally, we extend our sincere thanks to Visit Bellevue, Meydenbauer Center, and the City of Bellevue for recognizing our efforts and hard work.

Japan Fair 2025 will be held on July 12th and 13th at Meydenbauer Center. We truly appreciate your continued support and look forward to seeing you all there!
