A. [SOLD OUT] Standard Booth for All Organizations - $560 Early Discount until 2/29  ($760 from 3/1)

  • Businesses and corporations with Japan-related products and services, and U.S. companies who support cultural exchange between the U.S. and Japan.

  • Non-profit organizations, artists/crafters, and schools.

  • Booths may be exhibit only, or sell goods and services.

B. [SOLD OUT] Special Exhibit/Sales Booth for Non-Profit Organizations, Artists/Crafters, and Schools

- $340/booth Early Discount until 2/29 ($480 from 3/1) 

  • For non-profit organizations, artists/crafters, and schools in Washington State.

  • Booths may exhibit-only or may sell goods and services.

C. [SOLD OUT] Special Exhibit Only Booth for Non-Profit Organizations and Artists/Crafters - $170/booth

  • For non-profit organizations, artists/crafters, and schools in Washington State.

  • and Exhibit/Activity only booth (No sales)

  • Limited number is available

D. [SOLD OUT] Exhibit Only Table in the Lobby - $110/table

  • One 6' table and two chairs in the lobby outside of the exhibition hall.

  • Exhibit/Activity only table (No sales)

  • Limited number is available

Optional Items

110V/5-amp Power Drop (600W max) - $85/each (2 days) until 6/10

 ($97/each from 6/11) 

  • Provides one (1) outlet for 110V/5-amp Power Drop. 

  • Note: Wi-Fi connections may be purchased directly from Meydenbauer Center through their website on the day of the event.

[SOLD OUT] Corner Booth Option - $330

  • Corner booth reservations can be made for an additional fee.

  • First come first served and limited availability

Exhibitor Terms and Conditions

Please read this detailed information and agree to the terms and conditions regarding set-up procedures, restrictions, safety, and more!

  • Registration fee for Booth A, B, and C includes the following:

    • One (1) 10’ x 10’ booth with flame-proof drapery along the back and the sides of each booth 

    • One (1) 6’ draped table

    • Two (2) chairs

    • One (1) 7” x 44” company/organization identification sign (company/organization name will be printed)

    • One (1) wastebasket

    • Booth Setup and takedown

  • All participants will be recognized on Japan Fair website, SNS, event program, and in the main stage presentation at the event.

  • The price includes taxes and applicable processing fees.

How to Join as an Exhibitor

Step 1: Apply for a booth.
Booth Type A, B, C, and D are SOLD OUT. 
To be added to the waitlist, please fill out the online form.

Step 2: Make a payment. 
Complete the application process with the payment.
